Once again, Operation Assisting Santa, in conjunction with local Veteran organizations, will be conducting a project to ensure local Veterans, and their families, who might not be able to do so otherwise, have the Christmas they deserve. Over the years, St. Luke Parish has been a tremendous supporter of this most worthwhile project. This year, we will again be having “Angel Trees” inside the church. Beginning Saturday, November 18th, next weekend, there will be an opportunity to adopt one or more of our children from the “Good Kids List.” On the tables will be cards with the boys or girls age and wishes. One card has the child’s wishes, the other has a place to write your name and phone number. Fill out the card with you name and phone number and place that card in the box marked “Operation Assisting Santa.” Return the other card with the child’s name, age and wishes with the purchased gift(s) to the church. Please do not wrap the gifts, however, gift bags are appreciated. The gifts will be collected each weekend and should be returned by Sunday, December 10, so they can be distributed at a luncheon with Santa and other entertainment to honor the Vets and their families. Anyone wishing to make a monetary donation can deposit a check payable to “The Erie Vets Hospital” and place it in the box marked “Operation Assisting Sants.” Thank you for your support! Any questions, please call Mooch Zielewski at 814-823-6506. Thank you. Mooch Zielewski |

Thank you. Mooch Zielewski
